1. About Us

TMT BAR (accessible at tmtbar.in) is a construction materials supply platform operated by Titanava, registered in India. Our office is located at Unit 106, Plot 14/15, Sector 19C, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. By using our website or placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on TMT BAR are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product listings at any time.
• Prices displayed are indicative and subject to market fluctuations. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order placement and quote acceptance.
• Prices are quoted per unit as specified (per ton, per bag, per cubic meter, etc.) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is materially incorrect, we will inform you before processing the order.

3. Orders & Confirmation

• Submitting a pricing inquiry does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on price, quantity, and delivery terms.
• Order confirmation will be communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or email along with a proforma invoice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines mentioned on the website (same-day, next-day) are estimates and may vary based on product availability, weather, and logistics.
• Delivery is available to locations within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding areas) as listed on our website.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring site access for delivery vehicles. Any additional charges due to site access issues or waiting time will be communicated in advance.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery at the specified site location.
• Each delivery includes a challan, weight slip, and applicable test certificates.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque, and cash on delivery (for eligible orders).
• For new customers, advance payment or cash on delivery is required. Credit terms may be extended to regular customers after evaluation.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Late payments may attract interest as per applicable commercial rates.

6. Quality & Certifications

• All products supplied through TMT BAR are sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
• TMT bars, cement, and other products carry ISI/BIS certification as applicable.
• Mill test certificates and quality documentation are provided with deliveries upon request or as standard practice for TMT bars.
• Any quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
• Once dispatched, cancellations may attract transportation and handling charges.
• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Custom-cut or special-order materials are non-returnable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Titanava (operating as TMT BAR) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tmtbar.in, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Titanava or its content suppliers. Brand logos and trademarks displayed belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
