Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through TMT BAR (tmtbar.in), operated by Titanava. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the material has been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp to cancel.

After Dispatch

Once materials have been dispatched, cancellation may attract transportation and handling charges. The exact amount will depend on the distance covered and materials involved.

After Delivery

Cancellation after delivery is not possible. However, returns may be accepted for defective or incorrect products as described below.

3. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Products that are damaged, broken, or do not meet the specified quality standards (e.g., TMT bars not matching the ordered grade).
  • Incorrect Products: Products delivered that do not match the confirmed order (wrong brand, grade, or specification).
  • Short Delivery: Quantity delivered is less than the quantity invoiced.

Reporting Timeline: All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and documentation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, mixed, or incorporated into construction.
  • Custom-cut TMT bars or special-order materials.
  • Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) - due to its perishable nature.
  • Sand, aggregates, or loose materials once unloaded at the site.
  • Products where the quality dispute is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, etc.).
  • For partial returns, only the returned portion will be refunded.
  • Transportation charges for returning defective/incorrect products will be borne by Titanava.

6. Price Adjustments

Due to the volatile nature of construction material pricing, we do not offer price-match refunds after order confirmation. The price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation is final.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone (+91-81691-21529) or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order details (invoice number, date, products).
  3. Share photographs of the defective/incorrect material.
  4. Our team will inspect and respond within 24 hours.
  5. If approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement.
